Refund Policy & Deposits

At Le Royale Space, we are committed to delivering high-quality spa and wellness services. This Refund & Deposit Policy outlines how bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Refund Policy

  • All spa services, treatments, and packages are non-refundable once booked or completed
  • We do not offer refunds based on:
    • Personal preference
    • Expected results
    • Change of mind after service delivery

2. Deposits Policy

To secure your appointment:

  • A deposit may be required depending on the service or booking type
  • Deposits are applied toward your final service cost
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans may change. However:

Standard Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)

  • Deposit may be forfeited
  • Up to 50% of the service fee may be charged

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend without notice results in:
    • 100% loss of deposit or service fee
    • Possible restriction on future bookings

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment
  • Your deposit will be:
    • Transferred to the new booking date
  • Same-day rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation

5. Packages, Offers & Gift Services

  • All spa packages, promotional offers, and discounted services are:
    • Non-refundable
    • Non-transferable to cash
  • However, at our discretion:
    • Services may be exchanged for another of equal value (if requested early)

6. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes early
  • Late arrivals may:
    • Shorten your session time
    • Still be charged full service fee

7. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • Please inform us immediately during or after the session
  • We may offer:
    • Adjustments
    • Recommendations
    • Follow-up sessions (where applicable)

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued, but we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.


8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (at our discretion), exceptions may be made for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Verified unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling
  • Service credit (not cash refund)

9. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Where a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
