We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

  • Payment may be required before or after service depending on the booking type
  • We accept payments via cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), and other approved methods
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor agreed pricing

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
    • Loss of deposit (if applicable)
    • Refusal of future bookings in repeated cases

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions before receiving treatment.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Skin conditions
  • Allergies
  • Injuries
  • Pregnancy

Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals. Failure to disclose health conditions is at the client’s own risk.

Spa services can involve physical contact and treatments that may affect the body, and clients participate voluntarily.

7. Conduct & Behavior

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat staff with respect
  • Maintain appropriate behavior within the spa
  • Follow instructions given by therapists

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client behaves inappropriately.
